Welcome! Here you can join this years biggest event: Mensa Norway Annual Gathering that takes place in Bergen 17.-20. october 2024.

The event is only open for Mensa-members, but you're welcome no matter which Mensa-country you belong to.

Before you begin, please make sure you have your membership number ready. If you are a member of Mensa Norway you can find this:
- on your membership card
- on the back of MensaNytt (paper edition)
- in the member web pages
- by contacting administrasjon@mensa.no

If you're a member of another Mensa-country you'll need to check with them how to find that number.

You start by choosing whether you will pay the participation fee for just yourself, or whether you will order for another participant at the same time (recommended when sharing a double room). The participation fee is something that everyone who wants to participate must pay. We have got earlybird-price the first two months, and then the price increases by NOK 100,- for each month until the event starts. We also offer two more expencive options (happy-bird and angry-bird).

When you have chosen whether you want to book for one or two participants, you choose whether to book accommodation with full pension in a single or double room, or whether you arrange your own accommodation and only pay for the day package(s). We also offer some activities that you'll have to pay extra for. All payments are made in advance by creditcard.
