About the event
Organizer: NORSK KJEMISK SELSKAPS RØNTGENKONFERANSE
The conference will take place at Strand Hotel, Fevik - a small hotel in Southern Norway, where attendees will spend most of their time, as there is not a town close by.
Traditionally, all meals are eaten at the hotel together. Refreshments as coffe/tee, small snack at meeting start, 2 course lunch and parking is included in the conference fee.
*After May 17th the conference registration will still be open, however you will need to inquire with the hotel yourself for room availability. Email lisbeth@strandhotelfevik.no *
This is not included in the conference fee and is to be paid to the hotel at check-out:
- Hotel room: Single room and dinner NOK 1840 per night, Double room and dinner NOK 2885 per night (single beds) including breakfast and entrance to the SPA
Dinner on Tuesday is Conference Dinner and it is traditionally marked with a gift for participants who had a presentation and invited speakers.
Payment can be made via creditcard or Vipps (Norwegian mobile numbers only), as well as via ordering payment via invoice.
If a company with an exhibition stand comes with more than 1 person, the others need to register as a regular conference attendee.
If none of the registration options work for you, please send us a message at contact@xraynorway.no with your special wishes for conference registration, and we will help you with a solution.
For Exhibition attendees:
In the case of imports of goods for demonstration, and which are only to be in Norway for up to one year, they can be imported temporarily against a deposit. The customs demand a security for the VAT. This is usually a bank guarantee that the recipient must provide for this fee. When the goods are re-exported, the deposit ceases.
You can also use an ATA carnet. This is a simplified alternative for goods that are to be temporarily introduced for exhibitions, fairs, demonstrations and the like. It is the Chamber of Commerce in the country from which the goods are exported that issues the ATA carnet. You must check with the relevant chamber of commerce what an ATA carnet costs. The ATA carnet acts as a security for customs duties and taxes.
