At the youth gathering, you'll meet young people from all over the country, share ideas, learn new things, and have fun. Youth Gathering - What is it?
In short, a youth gathering is a place where young people come together to do, learn, and grow in a fun and exciting way! You'll explore everything from democracy to digital knowledge, and build friendships that last a lifetime. Whether you're a creative soul, a future leader, or just curious about the world, we have something for you. Get ready for music, games, debates, concerts, and much more. This is your chance to shine, learn, and grow. Join us for an experience you won't want to miss!

 

We're diving into creative workshops, inspiring talks, and fun activities that bring us together across borders (and even a bit across countries). This is your chance to meet new friends, learn cool things, and be part of an international youth wave. Sign up now for an experience you won't want to miss!

 

The goal is to gather up to 200 young people from all over Norway, where we will focus on community, mastery, and influence through various activities, exercises, and workshops.

 

Youth Gathering Waiting List
We have limited space at the youth gathering, so we use a waiting list to manage participation. By registering your interest, you will be placed on the waiting list, and we will contact you if a spot becomes available.

 

Why a Waiting List?
We want to ensure that as many young people as possible have the opportunity to participate in the youth gathering. By using a waiting list, we can effectively manage the spots and give more young people the chance to participate.

 

Those who have registered interest will be notified by no later than May 31, 2024 (likely earlier) whether they have secured a spot or not.

• Tuesday, August 6th to Saturday, August 10th, 2024 (for youth and adults participating in the gathering)
• Monday, August 5th to Saturday, August 10th (for youth and adults working during the gathering)

Who
All young people in Norway from 13-26 years old who are interested in culture, democracy, and civic engagement. Youth workers from youth clubs may travel with youth. We are also fortunate to have a selected group of young people from Sweden and Finland!

 

Youth Workers
We pay for the travel of youth workers who bring at least five young people. The youth worker will then fall under the category "Group Leader," and should book a Group Leader ticket + x number of Youth Participant tickets.
