HLT-konferansen 2027

HLT-KONFERANSEN 2027

BEYOND MISSIONAL LEADERSHIP
IN CHANGING WORLDS

29.-30 APRIL

WELCOME TO OSLO!

The HLT Conference 2027 will address key themes concerning missional leadership today. These may include visionary and strategic missional leadership, theologies of leadership and mission, mission and innovation, leadership and ethics, and related concerns. Thus, the conference hopes to engage critically with various contexts and issues related to these and similar questions from multiple perspectives, highlighting “External leadership” - the fifth dimension of the S-E-R-V-E model of leadership (Tangen 2025).

In light of this broader framework, the conference welcomes papers from various disciplines and perspectives related to church and mission leadership in changing contexts, whether from practical theological perspectives, biblicalstudies, church history, systematic theology, ethics, sociology of religion, theological anthropology (to name a few) or from interdisciplinary points of view.
