Welcome to the Norwegian Kennel Club's event at Oslofjord Convention Center!
We warmly welcome both two- and four-legged guests to stay with us.

We look forward to filling the area with happy dogs and their owners - with both forest and sea right outside the door, the area offers great hiking opportunities for you and your four-legged friend.

Accommodation

Stay comfortably in modern, bright hotel apartments with fully equipped kitchens, private bathrooms with washing machines, and access to a private terrace or balcony. You'll have everything you need for a pleasant and practical stay – including your dog!

Room rates:

• Single room: NOK 1847.50

• Single room (ground floor): NOK 1947.50

• Double room: NOK 2625

• Double room (ground floor): NOK 2895

• Triple room: NOK 3437.50

• Triple room (ground floor): NOK 3756.50

• 4-person room: NOK 4400

• 4-person room (ground floor): NOK 4815

You can download the key card for your apartment in advance using Google Wallet. 

 

Changes & Cancellations

• Cancellation more than 7 days before the event: Full refund

• Cancellation less than 7 days before the event: No refund

Information for Guests with Dogs

Dogs are warmly welcome in your room at no extra charge. Room rates are the same for all guests.

However, we kindly ask dog owners to show consideration and ensure the room is kept in good condition:

• All apartments are equipped with cleaning supplies. If an accident happens, you're able to clean it up yourself.

• If you need assistance, please contact the reception immediately, and we’ll help you take care of it.

• Any damages or extra cleaning required due to your dog may incur additional charges.

We truly appreciate your help in keeping the rooms nice for everyone.

Food & Beverage

Breakfast: A takeaway breakfast is included in your stay. This includes:

• A sandwich with simple toppings

• A croissant

• Apple juice

• A cup of coffee with a lid

Breakfast bags can be picked up in the expo area at Oslofjord Arena between 07:00 – 09:00.

In addition, several food and beverage outlets will be open from Friday to Sunday – ranging from Starbucks and waffles to full-service restaurants and bars.

Parking

We offer 1,400 parking spaces with easy access to the exhibition area, hotel, and apartment buildings.
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to reserve parking in advance.

• Price: NOK 15 per hour / NOK 220 per day

Please note: Overnight stays in camper vans are not permitted at Oslofjord.
You may park your camper in a designated area near the Oslofjord Hotel.
