Join Andra Morosi, a global executive and systemic coach with a passion for sustainability! She will lead us through a thought-provoking webinar on the evolving role of coaches in addressing the ecological and climate crisis. As the founder of International Milestones and co-founder of Seedlings, Andra has dedicated her career to helping leaders and teams navigate complex transitions while aligning their work with core values and sustainability.
Andra will bring her expertise to create a reflective space for participants to explore coaching and the climate crisis. We will also explore how professional coaches can play a meaningful role in sustainability efforts. Through deep inquiry and inspiring examples, this webinar will dive into key questions, such as:
- What are the common core challenges for coaches working with sustainability issues?
- What are the most common coaching inquiries related to ESG and sustainability?
- What tools and approaches can be used to address sustainability issues in coaching?
- What are the benefits of expanding coaching practice to include sustainability?
- How can coaches develop the skills and knowledge needed to address these themes?
Speaker Bio
Andra Morosi is a seasoned global executive coach, systemic coach, mentor, coach supervisor, and facilitator of collective intelligence. She founded International Milestones in 2009 (www.internationalmilestones.com), where she has been supporting global leaders and teams as they navigate transitions, tackle complexity, reconnect with their core purpose, and bring deeper meaning into their work. During the pandemic, as her concern about the climate emergency grew, Andra joined the Climate Coaching Alliance (www.climatecoachingalliance.org) from its inception. In 2020, she created the first local community for French-speaking coaches and developed a growing expertise in supporting companies through the ecological redirection and regenerative transition as part of the Convention of Enterprises for Climate in France. Today, she is a member of the CCA Global Coordination Pod, actively involved in building the CCA community. In 2022, Andra co-founded Seedlings (www.seedlings-transition.com), a mission-driven coaching organization dedicated to:
- Supporting organizations, teams, and individuals to connect with their essence, explore meaning and purpose, align around a common vision, and foster collective intelligence.
- Enhancing personal and professional leadership, along with emotional, relational, and positive intelligence.
- Holding an open space for reflective practice through deep inquiry, supervision, and mentoring.
