The Ministry of Energy has sent out for public consultation their suggested support scheme for floating offshore wind in Vestavind B and Vestavind F, including Utsira Nord. The deadline for this consultation is set to August 23rd.

It is important that all our members get the opportunity to get some insight into the main issues that could be relevant for their projects in the consultation paper (whether or not they have their own legal experts on this area or not). 

The Contracts Working Group invites all members of Norwegian Offshore Wind to attend this webinar, where lawyers with specific experience with state support issues will go through the most important issues in the consultation paper.
