Portugal, one of the emerging floating offshore wind markets in Europe, has experienced a change in government. The new government is expected to present details of their offshore wind plans in July. The policies are expected to include, among other things, details on the preselection process for permitting and a reassessment of the 2GW target set by the previous administration.
