Welcome to register for the ECIM 2024 Conference

Conference Fee:

Early Bird Conference Fee is NOK 6.400,-  (EUR 520) pluss VAT.

Early Bird registration ends August 12th at 18:00.

From August 12th. the Conference Fee is NOK 7.600,-  (EUR 620) pluss VAT.

Last date for normal registration is September 12th. or earlier if the conference is fully booked.

Hotel:

Single room per night (incl. breakfast) rate is NOK 1.300,-  (EUR 115 ) pluss VAT.

Double room per night (2 persons incl. breakfast) rate is NOK 1.450,-  (EUR 128) pluss VAT.

Breakfast and WIFI is included. The double room price includes two persons.

Please note that you must specify each of the nights you want to stay. F.ex. if you plan to stay from sunday to wednesday morning, then check for each of the three nights in the registration form below.  

If you want to extend your stay beyond the options listed below, please contacting the hotel directly. Conference rates will also apply for an extended stay.

Cancellation:

For cancellation of your registration received by the Conference Team in written notice within August 18th. you will be refunded /credited for 80% of the paid/invoiced conference fee. For cancellation after August 18th. and within August 31st. you will be liable for 50% of the conference fee. For cancellation September 1st. and later you will be liable for the full conference fee and also your hotel booking.
