NROF MARSJEN 2024

 

NROF avd Kristiansand inviterer til NROF-marsjen

Lørdag og Søndag 8-9 juni 2024

 

NROF Marsjen er en to dagers sivil / militær marsj. Alle kan delta.

Lørdag 36km og Søndag 30km lang løype.

Begge dager vil det også være mulig og gå kort løype på ca 9-11km for kun sivile.

 

 

Fremmøte: Ulla militære forlegning, Kasernevegen 13 Evjemoen, 4735 Evje.

Start og mål blir ved brakke Ulla i Evjemoen leir begge dager. Andre dag er valgfritt om man vil gå for marsjmerkeprøven, og kan gjennomføres uten at man gjennomfører marsjens dag én. For å få godkjent marsjmerkeprøve, må denne gjennomføres iht bestemmelsene for denne konkurransen (Tidskrav, vekt antrekk etc). De som velger å gå begge dager må derfor først gjennomføre dag én uten andre tidskrav enn at de må være i mål innen siste frist for dagen.

Godkjent marsjmerkeprøve meldes inn og registreres på militært rulleblad. Underlaget vil bestå både av asfalt og grus/ skogbunn, og være godt merket med merkebånd og NROF-logo. Det vil være kontrollposter underveis, samt drikke- og fruktstasjoner. Sanitetspersonell er tilgjengelig ved Ulla militære forlegning.

Overnatting
Det er mullig å sjekke inn for overnating fra Fredag 07.06.24 fra klokken 18.00.
Vi vil bare påmminne om at du må huske sovepose og laken til de som har bestillt overnatting. Overnatting inkluderer forlegning fredag til søndag, frokost lørdag og søndag, lett måltid midtveis i løype dag én, drikkeposter i løype begge dager, middag lørdag kveld, samt medalje, evt marsjmerke og diplomer.

The NROF department in Kristiansand invites you to the NROF March. Saturday and Sunday, June 8-9, 2024.

The NROF March is a two-day civil/military march. Saturday 36km and Sunday 30km long routes. On both days, it will also be possible to walk a short route of about 9-11km (for civilians only).

Attendance: Ulla military barracks, Kasernevegen 13, Evjemoen, 4735 Evje. The start and finish will be at barrack Ulla in Evjemoen camp both days. The second day is optional if one wants to go for the march badge test and can be completed without having completed the march's day one. To get an approved march badge test, it must be completed according to the regulations for this competition (time requirement, weight, clothing, etc.). Those who choose to walk both days must therefore first complete day one without other time requirements than that they must be at the goal within the last deadline for the day. Approved march badge test is reported and registered on the military record. The surface will consist of both asphalt and gravel/forest floor and be well marked with tape and NROF logo. There will be checkpoints along the way as well as drink and fruit stations. Medical personnel are available at Ulla military barracks.

 

Start: Saturday, June 8 at 08:00 (attendance no later than 07:30) Sunday, June 9 at 08:00 (attendance no later than 07:30) Line-up at 07:50 both days.

 

The following can participate: - NROF members - Norwegian and foreign military personnel - Civilians from home and abroad - Volunteers and veterans

Participation fee: Participation both days military and civilian personnel: NOK 600- This includes lodging breakfast Saturday and Sunday, light meal halfway through the route day one, drink stations in the route both days, dinner Saturday evening, and medal possibly march badge and diplomas.

Participation both days civilian personnel: NOK 200- This includes light meal halfway through the route day one, drink stations in the route both days, and medal possibly march badge and diplomas.

Participation only day two all categories: NOK 120- This includes drink stations in the route and possibly march badge and diploma.

Participation for children under 15 years two days march NOK 150- This includes light meal halfway through the route day one, drink stations in the route both days, and medal possibly march badge and diplomas.
