You only live once – or do you? Within each of us reside the memories of many former lifetimes. Our previous lives influence us in our present lifetimes in significant ways, sometimes causing unwanted behaviour patterns, perhaps blocking us from fulfilling our potential and living our life freely, maybe even giving us talents and qualities that make our life more meaningful.

In this workshop you’ll be able to immerse yourself in the concept of past lives and hopefully experience some of your previous lifetimes to gain guidance to help you in your current life.

On the evening of Friday 27^th Steve Burgess will give a talk about past life regression and the incredible therapeutic benefits that his clients have had during his three decades as a therapist. Steve will share with you some of the stories from his client’s regression sessions and how it has helped them to heal from a wide array of issues (including depression, phobias, physical illness, anxiety to name just a few).

Saturday 28^th will include two past life regression group workshops. Using carefully guided regression you can re-live previous incarnations and re-experience who you were and how you lived in a former life. Belief in reincarnation is not necessary to achieve results – the only requirements are an open mind and a willingness to try. The method used, a pleasant hypnotic relaxation and visualisation, is perfectly safe; Steve has run many of these group workshops and the results are usually fascinating. The workshops will be in english.
