Fredagsforedrag med Vy Baldwin - "From Seattle to Haugesund" 🚀
Kick off 2023 with Vy Baldwin at Fredagsforedrag! From Seattle to Haugesund, Vy will share what it’s like to be an American Marketing Strategist in Norway. The differences between marketing in the US and here, and the future she is helping to create for Haugesund. With a little creativity and a whole lot of strategizing - get inspired by how she overcame the challenges of joining our society. And get some fuel to start off strong in 2023!
Vy Baldwin is the founder of Vy Strategy, a marketing strategy agency in Haugesund. She came to Norway with a decade of marketing experience from the USA, ranging from the public to private sector, non-profit to for-profit, and companies from small to large. She has worked in different industries ranging from the Chamber of Commerce, a city zoo, a national insurance company to manufacturing. Her background is in Communications: Public Relations & Advertising, but while climbing the corporate ladder in the US she forged the skills of a strategist. Skills that have served her well in her career both in the US and Norway. Now she resides in Haugesund, bringing her American entrepreneurial fire and relentless leadership to brands, companies, and the communitiy.
