The Oslofjord Convention Center, as the official host, is looking forward to accommodating you and your friends before, during and after the event. See below more information regarding the accommodation options.


Oslofjord offers a secluded location with nature and fjords as our closests neighbours. It is the absolute best option for accommodation during the European Veterans Championship as you get to be part of the community, experience the magic first hand and enjoy all the facilities on site.

 

 Accomodation and breakfast

At Oslofjord Convention Center you will be staying in modern apartments which all have a kitchenette and access to a private terrace or balcony – enhancing your stay by giving you the possibility to retreat to your room while still soaking up the atmosphere from your balcony.

Imagine yourself waking up after a good nights sleep, seeing the sunshine outside, strolling down to our private beach for a dip in the fjord after a nice breakfast on your own private balcony.


Here you'll get great hotel rooms within walking distance of the competition arena and the parking facility, simple and straightforward. All our rooms have good ceiling height, a good quality bed and a cozy living room. The bathrooms have a walk-in shower and washing machine for those who need it. With us you live in new, bright hotel apartments with separate bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and living room, with access to a private terrace or balcony.

The price above includes breakfast wich comes in the form of a package with various kinds of cold cuts, eggs, bacon, bread, and juice and will be handed out at a pick-up location communicated to you upon arrival.

• Triple room  NOK 3789, - per night
• 4-person room NOK 4145, - per night

The price above includes breakfast wich comes in the form of a package with various kinds of cold cuts, eggs, bacon, bread, and juice and will be handed out at a pick-up location communicated to you upon arrival, lunch and dinner.


In addition, various food and drink offerings will be available at different cosy cafes and small restaurants etc.  throughout the week.

Parking at Oslofjord

Our parking facilities can accommodate more than 1 500 cars and most of the parking spaces are underground, which enables you to walk indoors all the way from the Arena to Oslofjord Hotel and the hotel buildings.  

You will find the entrance to the underground parking spaces to your right as you drive through the gate. Your vehicle will be register upon arrival and departure.  

To pay for you parking please find one the manual check-out points in the underground parking facility. You can also download the autopay.io app to make your payment.

Please make sure to pay within 48 hours of departure to avoid extra costs.  

Parking fee: 15 kr per hour / 220 kr per day



Refund Policy: Full refund in NOK until 7 days before the event
