We are introducing a new name for a well-known concept: International LinkedIn Meetup is now called Talk & Connect. Same concept, still Martijn facilitating but a brand new name.

It’s an evening to learn, connect, share experiences, and grow your network in an open and welcoming atmosphere.

On November 11 we are happy to invite Madalina Henter on to the stage for a talk about confidence and imposter syndrome.

The event takes place in the Music Library Area on the 2nd floor in Borgernes Hus. The event will begin at 18.30.

Beyond Imposter Syndrome: Building Real Confidence

You can have the degrees, the experience and the achievements, and still feel like you’re not good enough. Many of us know that feeling, even if we rarely talk about it.

In this talk and workshop, Madalina Henter shares her experiences with confidence and imposter syndrome. She covers her education, how getting older has changed her view and what she learned from understanding herself better.

This isn’t a lecture. After the personal reflections, we move into an interactive exercise. You’ll share experiences, connect with other participants and explore what helps us feel more confident.

You’ll leave with

• A clearer view of how imposter feelings show up, and why they’re so common
• Honest stories and perspectives from others in the room
• Practical ideas for building confidence in work and life
