How can smaller countries turn technological ambition into measurable business value and strategic partnerships? 

This will be the question in focus at the Norway-El Salvador Tech Dialogue, co-hosted by the Oslo Chamber of Commerce / ICC Norway, the Embassy of El Salvador to Norway and Antire.  

The seminar will bring together Norwegian companies, country experts and business-development leaders to explore how commercial opportunities can be fostered by combining Norway’s technological maturity and El Salvador’s rapid deployment strategy. 

Antire CEO, Kåre Søyland, will share lessons from Antire's ARCH Hub 2026, where the distinction between successful pilots and successful production environments emerged as a theme. Antire is a Nordic technology company with over 100 specialists in cloud-based business applications, data, and agentic AI. 

The program will be proceeded with informal networking over Salvadorian coffee and finger food.
