Butchers Heat Aufgus

Session description: The session consists of two sauna infusion rounds, each lasting approximately 10–12 minutes. During each round, our sauna master creates an atmospheric experience using beautifully scented essential oils, ambient lighting and music.

We recommend drinking plenty of water before your session, as you will sweat quite a lot during the sauna experience. At CPHHW, we provide water and light snacks, so you can stay hydrated and recharge between the two rounds.

Please bring two towels:
A smaller towel to sit on inside the sauna (this towel will get completely wet).
A larger towel to dry yourself with afterwards.

Please arrive 5 minutes before your sauna session starts, allowing enough time to change and get ready before we head into the sauna.
