PÅMELDING utstiller Matfestivalen i Ålesund 2027

(English bellow)

• Bondes Marked (egen pris)
• Lokalmat fra Møre og Romsdal (egen pris)
• Annen salg av mat / Street food
• Lag/organisasjoner

Send epost: post@matfestivalen.no

Størrelse:

I påmeldingen skal du velge størrelse med to ulike priser:

• 3x3
• 3x6

• 1-fase
• 1,5 kW (tilsvarer 8 A)

Pris for ekstra strøm:

• Ekstra strøm 3 kW (16 A) - Pris: 2500,-

Behov for plass i kjølecontainer:

• Ha nødvendig utstyr for brannsikring for eget bruk
• Betale faktura innen forfall

ENGLISH INFO:

We are delighted to invite food producers and food related businesses to take part in the largest food event in Northwestern Norway, Den Norske Matfestivalen in Ålesund. The festival will take place in Ålesund city centre from 26 to 28 August 2027.

We look forward to creating memorable food experiences together with you!

Registration will close in early summer 2027 to give us sufficient time to plan the festival area and accommodate the different requirements of our exhibitors. It is important that everyone registering provides accurate information about electricity requirements and other practical needs so that we can plan the festival properly.

Below you will find important information about registration, prices and participation requirements.

Local food is at the heart of everything Den Norske Matfestivalen in Ålesund stands for. Local food producers from Møre og Romsdal and members of Bondens marked therefore receive special rates.

Any additional space must be specified when registering and ordered separately at an additional cost. The price per additional metre of frontage is NOK 1,250 including VAT.

The following is included for exhibitors registering in a category that includes electricity. Please note that electricity is not included in every category:

• Single phase connection
• Maximum load of 1.5 kW, using an 8 A connection

The included electricity supply is intended only for basic equipment such as a payment system, lighting or small kitchen appliances. It is not suitable for equipment with high power consumption.

If you require additional electricity, which will apply to most exhibitors preparing food on site, you must specify your total electricity requirements and order additional capacity when registering. This is necessary to ensure that sufficient power is available for all exhibitors.
