With 85% of AI transformations failing, understanding what actually works is critical.

In this focused executive session, INSEAD Professor Nathan Furr presents a research-backed framework based on the analysis of successful AI transformations at established companies.

Together, we will explore the three pillars that enable sustainable AI integration, uncover the hidden patterns behind breakthrough implementations, and examine the key steps that distinguish organizations that successfully transform from those that struggle to turn AI ambition into lasting impact.

The session will provide leaders and board directors with a practical roadmap for understanding what successful AI transformation requires – and the critical questions to ask along the way.
