In a time of rapid change, high expectations and pressure from many sides, leadership is put to the test.

Markets change quickly. Technology creates new rules of the game. Employees look for direction and reassurance. Boards and owners expect results. During it all, you as a leader must maintain perspective, make sound decisions and create momentum, without losing connection with yourself or the people you lead.

In this Executive Forum masterclass, INSEAD Professor Svenja Weber invites you to step back and reflect on your own leadership:

• What do you stand for as a leader?
• How do you build trust, direction and engagement under pressure?
• And how do you develop both yourself and others while still delivering results here and now?

The masterclass focuses on the questions that often determine whether leaders simply get through change or grow through it and create real development in the organization.

You will gain inspiration on how to:

•    stand stronger in your leadership, even when pressure increases
•    create clarity around your values, your direction and your way of leading
•    maintain openness, presence and sound judgement during periods of change
•    strengthen engagement, ownership and performance in your teams
•    balance short-term results with long-term development
•    lead change with clarity, courage and humanity

Drawing on her research at INSEAD and her work with senior leaders, Svenja Weber explores why strong leadership is not only about drive and results. It is also about integrity, learning and the ability to create a shared purpose that others can see themselves in and act on.

The masterclass is relevant for leaders, board members and senior executives who want to strengthen their own leadership while becoming better at developing, engaging and guiding others through change.
