Taking place during Gastech 2026 in Bangkok, this seminar will focus on Norway's experience in developing Europe's first complete Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) value chain and the opportunities for closer cooperation with Thailand and other Asian markets.

The seminar is hosted by Bangchak Corporation PCL, organised by Norwegian Energy Partners (NORWEP) in collaboration with the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Bangkok, and sponsored by Equinor, Aker Solutions, and the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Bangkok.

The programme will bring together representatives from government, industry, academia and the wider energy sector to discuss Norway's experience with CCS, Thailand's decarbonisation ambitions, and the role of CCS in supporting the energy transition across Asia. The seminar will include keynote presentations, panel discussions and networking opportunities.

The seminar will take place on 16 September 2026, from 08:45 to 11:45, at Bangchak Corporation PCL in Bangkok.
