Future Week Workshop: The AI Roadmap Lab
Friday 25 September
09:00 – 17:00
Media City Bergen
Lars Hilles gate 30, Bergen, Norway
About the event
Organizer: Media Cluster Norway
As part of Future Week, Ezra Eeman, Director of Strategy & Innovation at NPO, will be hosting a workshop where you will learn tools to turn AI opportunities into strategic Value.
About the event:
AI is no longer short of ideas, tools or experiments. The leadership challenge is deciding which opportunities are worth pursuing, where AI can create real value, and how to move from scattered use cases to a more deliberate roadmap.
In this hands-on workshop, leaders will explore the current state of AI and learn how to assess opportunities through a strategic value lens. The session focuses on where AI can remove pain, add value, create new organisational capability or unlock new business opportunities.
Working in groups, participants will use an AI strategy canvas to think through selected examples and translate them into the first shape of an AI roadmap: what to prioritise, what capabilities are needed, what risks and decision points matter, and how to define success.
Who should attend:
The workshop is designed for leaders who want to move beyond AI experimentation and start building a more focused, value-driven AI agenda for their organisation.
