The Norwegian arctic is rapidly becomming one of the most imporant areas for the European space industry. Continental Europe's first operational oprbital space port is located here (Andøya spaceport), The worlds largest satellite ground station (Svalsat) is located here. The arctic ocean off the coast of Norway is also one of the most important areas for Europe to monitor from space.

Arctic Space Week is hosted for the third time in Bodø and Andøya, Norway on September 9th to 11th. The Three days of events inlclude:

September 9th - Site visit to Andøya spaceport

September 10th - Seminar - "Space for arctic, ocean and security"

September 10th - social evening event (night before event for Tech Tour Space)
