A premium ski touring experience in the Arctic

Join a small group for an unforgettable ski touring weekend on Senja, one of Norway’s most spectacular mountain destinations. Steep peaks rise straight from the ocean, offering unique terrain, incredible views, and long descents from summit to sea.

This is a fully hosted experience, where everything is taken care of, so you can focus on skiing, exploring, and enjoying the Arctic.

What’s included

• 3 nights accommodation at Yttersia Base
• All meals (from dinner Thursday to breakfast Sunday)
• Professional guiding (small group, max 6 guests)
• Daily ski touring in carefully selected terrain
• Transport on Senja and to/from Tromsø
• Sauna sessions after the tours

The experience

Each day we head into the mountains to explore the best conditions available. Routes are chosen based on weather, snow conditions, and group level ensuring both safety and great skiing.

• Summit-to-sea runs
• Varied terrain from open slopes to steeper lines
• A social and relaxed atmosphere in a small group
• Evenings with good food, storytelling, and recovery

Location

Yttersia Base is located on Senja’s wild outer coast, with direct access to some of Northern Norway’s best ski touring terrain.

Group & level

• Small group (max 6 participants)
• Level: Intermediate to advanced
• You should be comfortable with:
• • Ski touring for several hours per day
  • Climbing 800–1500 vertical meters
  • Skiing variable snow conditions

Not included

• Flights to/from Tromsø
• Personal ski touring equipment
• Drinks
