About the Trainer
Sebastian Grupe is a Business Partner and Certified Dale Carnegie Trainer. He works with companies in high-tech, IT, banking, oil & gas, and shipping, supporting leaders and sales organizations in improving communication, performance, and commercial impact.
Sebastian has spent 8 years as a senior trainer. He is known for a clear, direct approach and for translating strategy and theory into practical actions that can be applied immediately. He has lived and worked in Norway since 2011. As a born German living in Norway, he is passionate about inter-cultural communication.
