About the Course
This course provides a thorough and practical introduction to handling allergens in restaurants and commercial kitchens. Upon completion, participants will have a basic understanding of allergens. You will be able to identify the most common allergens and understand why allergen control and labeling are essential for producing safe food in a kitchen environment. You will also gain insight into labeling, hygiene, and how to follow good routines to prevent cross-contamination, as well as what to do if an incident occurs.
Ticket Information
If you don’t yet know who will be taking the course, you can purchase unspecified access. Select “Order unspecified tickets” below. You will then be able to enter the participants’ names at a later time. For example, if you want 10 people to take the course but don’t yet know which 10, you can purchase unspecified tickets.
When purchasing regular tickets, you must enter the names of the participants at the time of purchase. After entering your company information, a window will appear prompting you to add participants (with name and email address).
