About the course
This e-learning course gives you the essential knowledge you need to understand why hygiene matters, how foodborne hazards arise, and what you can do to prevent contamination and ensure safe food handling in your everyday work. Whether you work in production, kitchen environments, catering or retail, this course provides practical insight into how proper hygiene routines, basic food safety principles, and internal control systems all work together to protect the consumer and your business.

Ticket information
If you do not know who will take the course, you can also buy unspecified access. Select "Order unspecified tickets" below. Then you fill in the names of the participants on a later occasion. For example, if you want 10 to take the course, but don't yet know which 10, then you could buy unspecified tickets.

When buying regular tickets, you must fill in the names of those who will be taking the course at the time of purchase. A window will then appear after you have entered company information where you are asked to add participants (with names and e-mails).
