Microsoft Teams
German-Norwegian Chamber of Commerce, Drammensveien, Oslo, Norge
About the event
Organizer: Norsk-Tysk Handelskammer
In this webinar, you will hear from an industry leader about leveraging sustainability to build a competitive advantage.
Höegh Autoliners has been a beacon of innovation for nearly a century at sea, leading the maritime transportation sector into the future. Already operating the world’s most sustainable pure car and truck carrier (PCTC) fleet sailing the oceans today, Höegh Autoliners has launched a transformational green fleet renewal program – ordering 12 brand new multi-fuel-ready vessels designed for transportation of future cargo.
The Aurora Class is a monumental leap towards Höegh Autoliners’ 2040 net-zero emissions goal. These innovative vessels will transform the transportation of cars, breakbulk, and heavy machinery across oceans. With these vessels, they will challenge sceptics by demonstrating the feasibility of transitioning from conventional fuels to sustainable alternatives, reshaping the narrative of deep-sea shipping within only a few years. This positions us as a key partner for our increasingly carbon-conscious customers.
