Background: Church planting leaders from different nations have asked about M4 and how to use the tool that has been developed in their nations, denomination or organizations. One of the thing we as M4 leadership in Europe want people to do before they can start M4 in their nation or region, is to come and see a real M4 learning community. Below you can read more on what you will experience and learn during the weekend. After two days, we hope to accomplish for you:
- A deeper vision for training and developing church planters and their team in your context.
- A clear understanding of the M4 content and the importance of the learning goals.
- A clear understanding of how an M4 learning community is run and facilitated
- A clear understanding of how GROWDLY, M4 e-learning platform, is used as a tool to strengthening the coaching and accountability process.
- A plan of “Where to go from here” for the next 12-18 months if you feel called to implement M4 training for church planting teams in your context.
Preparation: Before you arrive we’d like you to do some preparation.
