JavaZone 2025

JavaZone is the biggest community-driven Java conference that has been organized in Oslo, Norway since 2001. It is organized on a voluntary basis by a group of people from javaBin, the Norwegian Java User Group, working around the year and putting many hours into creating an amazing conference experience for you.

Ticket Cancellation Policy – JavaZone 2025

If you need to cancel your ticket and request a refund, please send an email to javazone@java.no before July 1, 2025. A processing fee of NOK 300 will be deducted from the refunded amount.
After July 1, 2025, all tickets are non-refundable, and by purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that refunds will not be available under any circumstances. This includes full or partial event cancellations.

Event Cancellation & Force Majeure

No refunds or compensation will be provided if the event is canceled or postponed due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• War, strikes, natural disasters, power outages, or cyber-attacks
• Government-imposed restrictions, lockdowns, or corporate policies related to pandemics
• Any other event classified as force majeure

Privacy & GDPR Compliance

• Your email and phone number will be used for conference-related communication.
• Your personal badge will contain a unique QR code linked to your personal information. If you allow partners to scan your badge, your details will be shared with them.
• A conference photographer will be present, capturing images for marketing purposes.
