Conference Fee:

The Early Bird Conference Fee is NOK 7,040,-  (approx. EUR 655), plus VAT.

Early Bird registration ends on August 1 at 15:00.

From August 1, the Conference Fee is NOK 8,360,-  (approx. EUR 775), plus VAT.

The last date for normal registration is September 12, or earlier if the conference is fully booked.

Dinner buffet (Monday), conference dinner (Tuesday) and lunch (Thuesday and wednesday) are included in the conferece fee.

Hotel:

The single room rate per night (including breakfast) is NOK 1,385,-  (approx. EUR 129), plus VAT.

The double room rate per night (for 2 persons, including breakfast) is NOK 1,565,-  (approx. EUR 145), plus VAT.

Breakfast and Wi-Fi is included. The double room rate includes two persons.

Please note that you must specify each nights you plan to stay. For example, if you stay from Sunday to Wednesday morning, be sure to select all three nights in the registration form.

Cancellation:

For cancellation received in writing by the Conference Team on or before August 17, 80% of the paid or invoiced conference fee will be refunded or credited.
For cancellation made between August 18 and August 31, you will be liable for 50% of the conference fee.
For cancellation on or after September 1, you will be liable for the full conference fee, as well as any hotel booking cots.
